                   A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ALL HAMILTON COUNTY
                   APPOINTEES OF THE GREATER CHATTANOOGA
                   CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY CORPORATION AS CITY
                   APPOINTEES, TO CONFIRM ADDITIONAL
                   APPOINTMENTS SET FORTH HEREIN, AND TO
                   AUTHORIZE THE AMENDMENT OF THE CHARTER OF
                   SAID CORPORATION.

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That all the appointments reserved for
       Hamilton County for the Greater Chattanooga Construction Industry 

       Corporation be and are hereby confirmed as City appointees with
       terms as follows:

       said corporation so as to provide that all appointments are to be 

       made by the Mayor and confirmed by the governing body of the City 

       of Chattanooga and that the number of appointments may be 
expanded
       to twenty-three (23).
